About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our digital marketing services. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, pitching our solutions confidently, and closing deals with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business leads (B2B) for digital marketing services
- Build and manage a pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls/meetings with founders, marketing managers, and business owners
- Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions (social media, performance ads, influencer, PR, SEO, etc.)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to move deals forward
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline forecasting, and weekly reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover after closing
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales/business development experience
- Strong closing skills and confident communication (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Experience selling services (agency, marketing, media, tech, or related industries preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and negotiations independently
- Professional personality with strong relationship-building ability
