We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales of digital marketing services, with over 5 years of experience. This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for digital marketing services.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the internal marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web development.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
