Business Development Manager – Digital Services

  • Location: Lahore (On-site)
  • Shift: Morning (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Logix Contact is hiring a Business Development Manager who can generate, manage, and close deals independently for our IT and digital services.

This is a revenue ownership role, not just a lead generation or bidding role. We are looking for a confident and target-driven professional who understands how to identify opportunities, engage international clients, present the right solutions, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client communication to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, and other outbound channels
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to discovery calls, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and service requirements
  • Present suitable solutions across web development, mobile app development, CRM systems, digital marketing, social media management, branding, and related IT services
  • Prepare tailored proposals, pricing structures, and service recommendations based on project scope and client requirements
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring deal profitability
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention, upselling, and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, follow-ups, and revenue tracking in CRM or sales management tools
  • Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Bring new business opportunities beyond company-owned channels and contribute to overall sales growth

Must-Have Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT services sales, digital agency sales, software house sales, or B2B service-based sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals independently, not just generating leads or setting appointments
  • Strong experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, cold outreach, proposal writing, and service-based deal closing
  • Strong understanding of service offerings such as:
  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • CRM / Custom Software Solutions
  • SEO / PPC / Social Media Marketing
  • Branding / Digital Growth Services
  • Ability to confidently handle:
  • Client communication
  • Discovery calls
  • Solution presentations
  • Pricing discussions
  • Negotiation and deal structuring
  • Good understanding of project value, profit margins, and pricing strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset
  • Experience working with international clients (UAE, UK, US) is highly preferred

Important Note

This is a sales closing and revenue ownership role.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in both lead generation and deal closure.
This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to:

  • Upwork bidding only
  • Appointment setting only
  • Lead generation without closing responsibility

Candidates should be able to clearly explain:

  • Their role in closing deals
  • Typical deal sizes
  • Monthly / quarterly target achievement
  • Their approach to pricing and negotiation

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with the following will be given preference:

  • Experience in UAE / international markets
  • Existing client network or strong outbound sales experience
  • Experience working in digital agencies, software houses, or IT service companies
  • Ability to bring multi-channel business opportunities, not reliance on one platform only
