Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The BDM will focus on expanding market share, building client relationships, and driving revenue across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence in Abu Dhabi.
Identify and secure new clients, tenders, and projects in electromechanical, MEP, and trading domains.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government authorities.
Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and tender documentation with technical teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
Drive compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of proven business development experience in electromechanical, MEP contracting, or trading in UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project lifecycles, and trading workflows.
Established network of industry contacts in Abu Dhabi’s construction, real estate, and industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with UAE tendering processes and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
