The Role

As a Showroom Manager, you will work on - successful operation of the Showroom and ensure the store delivers a best-in-class in-store experience and achieves the targets set for the showroom.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee all aspects of the dealership's showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, displayed products, displays, and overall appearance and ambiance.
  • Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality service, products, cash handling and store safety and security. Should maintain mastery of all existing processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor product inventory and ensure the product is placed on the selling floor.
  • Managing budgets, increasing the win ratio, and increasing Google review rates.

Our Ideal Match

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6–12 years of experience working in the sales function, preferably in a ceramics company
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
