Job Title: Area Manager (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple branches or locations within a designated area. This role ensures consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies across all sites. The Area Manager leads, supports, and motivates location managers and staff, driving sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support multiple branches/locations, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to achieve profitability targets across the area.
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on area performance, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or in a multi-site leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
