Business Development Manager – Exhibition Stand

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager - Exhibition Stand with a strong background in exhibition stands, expo fabrication, and carpentry production.

The main responsibility of this role is to generate new business, win exhibition projects, and expand the company’s client base across KSA. This is a target-driven sales position focused on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development (Primary Focus)

• Identify and secure new exhibition and expo projects across KSA
• Build strong relationships with marketing agencies, corporate clients, government entities, and event organizers
• Generate leads for exhibitions and events at major venues such as:
• Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center
• Jeddah Superdome
• Dhahran Expo
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and project proposals

2. Revenue & Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
• Negotiate contracts and close deals profitably
• Monitor project margins to ensure commercial success

3. Client Coordination & Project Handover

• Collect detailed client briefs
• Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth execution
• Support clients during key project stages to ensure satisfaction

4. Market & Industry Awareness

• Track upcoming exhibitions and government initiatives in KSA
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends
• Identify growth opportunities in sectors such as technology, real estate, giga-projects, and healthcare

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition stand sales, event production, or expo fabrication (KSA or GCC experience preferred)
• Proven record of winning new exhibition projects and closing deals
• Strong network within the KSA exhibitions, events, and marketing industry
• Good understanding of stand fabrication, carpentry, materials, and production timelines
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid KSA driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
