We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Overseas Recruitment & Manpower Supply Business. The ideal candidate must have long-term experience in international recruitment and manpower outsourcing, with strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Business Development strategies for overseas recruitment and manpower supply services.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely fulfillment.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and business negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and regular business reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with long-term experience in Overseas Recruitment & Manpower Supply Business.
- Proven background in business development or sales within the recruitment/manpower industry.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong client network and market knowledge in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
