Business Development Manager (Female)

We are a dynamic business setup consultancy based in the UAE, helping clients establish businesses across the Gulf region and the UK. In addition, we offer digital media marketing, website development, and comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services.

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic female Business Development Manager from Pakistan who will join us full-time, remotely. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, a go-getter attitude, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Gulf region and the UK by leveraging LinkedIn, Reddit, meta, and other social platforms.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Prepare and customize business proposals and pitches promptly post-call.
• Drive sales by pitching our services (business setup, digital marketing, accounting) and converting leads.
• Manage client communication with professionalism, drafting high-quality emails and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to prepare reports, manage data, and streamline business processes.
• Bring creative ideas to expand business reach and optimize growth strategies.
• Demonstrate strong time management, project management, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or relevant); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional speaking and writing skills (professional email drafting required).
• Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and within business hours.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for lead generation.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be adaptable, organized, and tech-savvy.
