Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a BDM / Sales role within the Forex / Online Trading industry.
  • 2+ years in a similar industry.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Currently (or recently) employed at a recognized Forex brokerage.
  • Strong client portfolio with an extensive database of active traders, IBs, or affiliates.
  • Ability to onboard and grow new business using existing client relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets, IB/affiliate structures, and client acquisition
  • strategies.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify sales target and leaders of opinion.
  • Present our products and services to new clients.
  • Conduct market research on a regular basis.
  • Identify key markets and provide input.
  • Build strategies for specified markets.
  • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
  • Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
  • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
  • Attend major industry events.
  • Document business development activities.
