Purpose of Job
The Business Development (BD) will play a key role in expanding our mental health services by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving patient referrals. This role involves liaising with schools, corporates, healthcare providers, and the community to promote mental health awareness and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the clinic’s patient base across children, adolescent, and adult services.
- Identify new revenue streams, service opportunities, and potential areas of expansion.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to guide business planning.
2. Partnerships & Networking
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, nurseries, universities, and corporates for referrals and collaborations.
- Establish relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Represent the clinic at networking events, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
3. Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, awareness events, and workshops related to mental health.
- Organize and oversee community engagement events to enhance visibility.
4. Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Act as a liaison between the clinic and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation at all times.
- Meet with potential clients, parents, schools, or companies to present clinic services.
- Handle corporate wellness program proposals and negotiations.
5. Operational & Financial Contributions
- Work with the clinical and admin teams to design service packages and pricing models.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (patient inflow, revenue, referrals) and provide regular reports to management.
- Support negotiations with insurance companies to expand coverage and improve service accessibility.
6. Team Collaboration & Support
- Coordinate with the clinical team to align business initiatives with patient care priorities.
- Support training and workshops for staff related to business development activities.
- Guide junior team members involved in outreach or partnership management.
7. Regulatory & Market Compliance
- Stay updated with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and ensure business initiatives comply with healthcare standards.
- Anticipate and adapt to market changes, healthcare trends, and community needs in Dubai.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or wellness sectors.
- Strong understanding of mental health services and sensitivity to patient needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive growth initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
