We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the UAE, with a dedicated focus on expanding our footprint within the healthcare and hospital sector.
This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth in a fast-paced, high-impact industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients in the healthcare and hospital sectors
- Promote relevant services and solutions to generate sales and drive revenue growth
- Create and capitalize on new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and participation in healthcare events
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations that address client needs and business challenges
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, client communications, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience or solid knowledge of the healthcare or hospital industry is essential
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel throughout the UAE for client meetings and site visits
