About the Role

Hotel Vivek is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager-Hotel industry to lead our business growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in hotel or resort sales, with a strong ability to drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and deliver memorable experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers.
• Increase revenue through group bookings, leisure packages, conferences, and special events.
• Actively promote hotel facilities for weddings, retreats, and other occasions.
• Nurture long-term relationships with both new and repeat clients to ensure sustained business growth.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and accurate forecasts.
• Work closely with operations and front-office teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
• Strong professional network within the hospitality and travel sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Coonoor/Ooty market and local tourism dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
