As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE in order to achieve your sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow existing business with Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Entities and SMEs
• Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues
• Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings.
• Manage Pan Emirates Accounts
• Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients portfolio.
• Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines
• Develop the relationship with clients (i.e. recurring visits)
• Collect information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives developed from competitors reporting clients feedbacks on them

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor s Degree
• 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales
• Experience working in the Financial Services/ Banking sectors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle
• Must hold a UAE Driving license
