We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our interiors fit-out business. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in securing high-value interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.

Salary Range: Competitative Salary + Commissions ( Car +Fuel +Salik +Sim)

Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

•

3–8 years of experience in sales/business development in the interiors fit-out industry.

•

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

•

Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors.

•

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

•

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

•

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

•

UAE experience only.

•

Valid driver’s license
