Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by bidding on Upwork projects and securing new clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Upwork bidding and a deep understanding of the software development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Approach Different Clients on the Linkedln
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team.
• Prepare and submit compelling proposals to win projects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Upwork policies to maximize bidding success.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in bidding on Upwork is mandatory.
• Proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
