A leading organization in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – IT to drive revenue growth across consulting, digital transformation, and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert high value business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop tailored digital solutions
- Develop and execute GTM strategies and strategic partnerships
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis
- Meet sales targets, pipeline goals, and client acquisition objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and professional networking platforms
Skills & Competencies
- Business development and sales strategy execution
- Lead generation and pipeline management
- Consultative and solution based selling
- Strong negotiation and deal closing capabilities
- Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, RPA, Data, etc.)
- Proposal development and GTM planning
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce / HubSpot)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic, analytical, and adaptable approach
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 6–8 years of business development experience in IT, Consulting, SaaS, or Digital Transformation
- GCC experience is essential
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise level deals
