Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines)
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory (especially useful if specialized in Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy)

- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Ability to understand and interpret solution requirements
- Experience working with Sales, Pre-Sales, or Customer Onboarding functions

- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development
- Preferred industry exposure: SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, IT, or Solution Selling environments
- Candidates with experience in any form of B2B solution selling will also be considered
Specific Requirements
- Travel: Required for client meetings within the assigned region
- Languages: English & Hindi (proficiency required)
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned acquisition and revenue targets
- Manage and maximize revenue from existing customer accounts
- Work closely across Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
- Coordinate with the Product team to gather market requirements and improve offerings
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Develop and deliver customer presentations and product demos
- Create detailed Scopes of Work and coordinate with the Development team
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements
- Train field sales teams on product features and value propositions
- Support new client onboarding and provide initial guidance
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (Service Delivery, Accounts, and others) to ensure smooth communication
- Ensure effective coordination to support customer satisfaction and business growth

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
