Business Development Manager - Karachi

Responsibilities:

  • Manage / Appoint / Re-Engineering existing distributor network within territory
  • Manage team of DSRs / supervisors and sales personnel as sales leader
  • Manage ROIs for the business with the distributors, regularly present and discuss business priorities with stakeholders and develop territory level operations strategies for business growth and effectiveness
  • Build a high performance team by hiring and retaining the right talent, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork
  • Enforce and act as custodian of company SOPs related to chillers / new outlet inductions / damages / schemes
  • Be the eyes and ears of the company for market dynamics and competition.


R equirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors , MBA is Plus
  • At least 2 year of sales experience, preferably FMCG
  • Well versed with Microsoft excel and word
  • Young, Energetic and Flexible to travel
  • Female are encouraged to apply.
