o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
o Close deals and onboard new clients aligned with company goals.
o Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and service optimization.
o Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
o Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine offerings.
o Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Coordinate with internal departments to tailor logistics solutions for clients.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
o Present business development updates to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
