Business Development Manager - Marketing Sales

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in selling digital marketing services and managing international clients, especially from the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Sell services including SEO, SMM, PPC, and other performance marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain pipeline, proposals, and sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of Business Development/Sales experience.
• Mandatory experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Mandatory experience with Hubspot
• Mandatory experience dealing with US clients.
• Proven track record of selling SEO, SMM, PPC, and digital marketing services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work hybridly in Dubai.

Other Details:

Hybrid role: Only required to visit office for meetings otherwise this is remote role

Working days: Monday to Friday
