Business Development Manager( Night Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
• Convert prospects into long-term business clients

2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands
• Identify new business opportunities in emerging technologies
• Provide insights to improve product/service positioning

5. Proposal & Contract Management

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for deal closure

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams
• Ensure smooth project handover from sales to execution
• Align solutions with client expectations and technical feasibility

7. Networking & Brand Representation

• Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings
• Build strong professional networks in the IT industry
• Enhance brand visibility in the market

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in required in sales
• Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
• Should be confident having strong negotiation and communication skills
• Should be aware with current market trend

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per day
