We are seeking a highly experienced and driven
Business Development Manager
to support and lead
Market Development & Technical Marketing (MDTM)
activities within the petrochemical industry. The role is focused on driving market growth through technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic market development.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and execute the
Market Development & Technical Marketing (MDTM) strategic plan
across the region in alignment with Business Management, Technology, and Global MDTM teams to support company profitability and EBITDA objectives.

Identify and develop
market opportunities
through strong understanding of industry trends and customer requirements and translate them into structured and viable business cases in coordination with Business Management and Technology teams.

Provide
technical and strategic support
to customers to strengthen relationships and support business growth across the petrochemical value chain.

Lead and support the implementation of
innovative market solutions
, value propositions, and technical initiatives, including customer and internal training activities.

Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams
(Manufacturing, Sales, Technology, Business Management, MDTM) to validate and implement new products, applications, and market solutions.

Work with regional MDTM experts across all industries to enhance
customer satisfaction, market presence, and business expansion

Ensure full compliance with
corporate legal, safety, environmental, and business policies
in all activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Chemical Engineering
(mandatory).

12 to 18 years of experience
in the petrochemical industry.

Strong background in roles such as:

Technical Manager

Solid experience in
market development, technical marketing, and customer engagement
