Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) – Imports with a strong background in freight forwarding, particularly in import operations. The ideal candidate must have an active and reliable clientele, proven experience in bringing import business consistently, and the ability to generate high-quality leads to accelerate company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and expand a strong portfolio of import clients within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Bring immediate business from existing clients and ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new leads to generate substantial import business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of import shipments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
