Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Onsite Role)

To accelerate our expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (Night Shift) who can take ownership of driving growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding our global client base.

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. This position requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the software and IT services industry, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the software and IT services sector.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic client relationships to build recurring business.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools; track KPIs and progress toward targets.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven business development experience, preferably in a software house or IT services company.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software industry dynamics and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (required) and Urdu (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Must be comfortable working in a night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) onsite at our PECHS Block 6 office.
