Job Overview
Our Solutions business leverages our expertise in warehouse design and automation to provide transformation to our clients. This role builds our pipeline of opportunities and provides a first engagement through to contracting for enterprise clients. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Starlinks Solutions using your experience of warehouse design and automation. You will engage with potential clients across various sectors to understand their intralogistics needs and propose new warehouse solutions that fit both technically and financially.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads and opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement)

Understand customer needs and translate them into solution briefs in collaboration with engineering and design teams

Present Starlinks Solutions’ offering, including consulting, automation, and operational services

Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals, with support from pre-sales and finance

Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closing

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to position Starlinks as a thought leader

Maintain CRM entries, pipeline status, and reporting to management

Support in contract negotiations, in coordination with legal and finance
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field

MBA or professional certifications in logistics and supply chain (e.g., CSCMP, APICS, CILT).

Familiarity with MHE, WMS, automation technologies, or system integration
-
Strong network within the GCC market, with a track record in revenue generation through logistics solutions.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
