Job Title: Business Development Manager – Stationery Sector

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the stationery industry (pens, pencils, paper, notebooks, or related products).
• Only candidates with stationery-specific experience will be considered.

Education:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the stationery sector across the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The role will focus on expanding into Middle East and African countries, developing strong partnerships, and supporting revenue diversification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new product, market, and partnership opportunities in the MEA stationery market.
• Build and manage strong relationships with regional distributors, retailers.
• Develop and implement lead generation and sales growth strategies tailored to the stationery industry.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Create and deliver persuasive business proposals, sales pitches, and marketing presentations.
• Manage business development budgets and ensure strong ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs; adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in the stationery industry (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with the MEA region; prior experience in Middle East and African countries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED35,000.00 per month
