Business Development Manager – Steel Structure Fabrication Works

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and client development in our Steel Structure Fabrication division. The role requires strong technical and commercial knowledge of steel fabrication works, proven business development skills, and a solid network within the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel structure fabrication works.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize technical & commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in business development or sales within steel structure fabrication / construction.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, structural steel standards, and project execution.
• Established client base and network in the GCC / Middle East market (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
