Business Development Manager - Tech Sales/ Senior Executive

About the Role:
iTribe Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in software sales. If you’re passionate about building client relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-moving and innovative software house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct effective sales calls, meetings, and presentations with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in a software house or IT services company.
  • Strong command of lead generation, cold calling, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
