We are expanding and seeking a dynamic, well-presented Business Development Manager to join our UAE team. This is a high-visibility role with real responsibility; you'll be the face of our brand to new and existing clients.

The Role

You'll identify business opportunities, meet with senior decision-makers, and create commercial partnerships that drive results. This is not a "desk-only" job, it's a role for someone confident, motivated, and ready to build relationships that matter.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across UAE markets.
  • Leading consultative sales meetings and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Managing your pipeline, following up diligently, and closing deals.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth.

Who We're Looking For

  • Smart, confident, and well-presented, able to engage senior stakeholders with ease.
  • Strong communication skills (English essential; Arabic an advantage).
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working with performance targets.
  • Based in the UAE, willing to travel for client meetings across different emirates.
  • Preference for candidates already holding a UAE resident visa (employment, family, or dependent).
  • Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Skills

Proven B2B new-business hunter with a track record of closing revenue in the UAE

Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident with C-level conversations

Strong consultative selling, problem-solving, and needs-analysis abilities

Proposal writing, pricing, and negotiation skills; able to build win-win commercial offers

Pipeline management and disciplined follow-ups; comfortable working to targets/KPIs

Market research and prospecting (cold outreach, networking, events, LinkedIn, referrals)

Relationship building and account growth mindset (land-and-expand)

Solid understanding of digital marketing/performance marketing and basic business consulting concepts

Strong documentation and reporting; advanced PowerPoint & good Excel/Google Sheets

High personal presentation standards, credibility, and professional etiquette

Self-driven, organized, and resilient; thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments

Language: Fluent English (written & spoken); Arabic is a strong plus

UAE market awareness and business culture understanding; existing network is an advantage

Availability to travel across emirates for client meetings; UAE driving license is a plus
