Business Development Manager - US Experienced

Lahore, Pakistan

Time: 06:00 PM to 03:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. (On-site)

Salary: Rs. 180,000 – Rs. 200,000 per month + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through various channels.
  • Engaging with prospects via phone and email.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Working closely with the manager to close sponsorship deals. Drafting sponsorship contracts.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 8/10 proficiency).
  • Previous experience in B2B telesales; event management industry background is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented but capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
