Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can generate high-quality leads, close deals, and scale new business using a mix of organic outreach, direct sales strategies, and paid advertising channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell digital services to international clients and can take ownership of revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in US & international markets
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations
  • Convert leads into long-term paying clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Paid Ads & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on:
  • Facebook / Instagram Ads
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure high-quality leads (not junk leads)
  • Work with the marketing team to improve CPL and ROI

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop new growth strategies for Digital Otters services
  • Explore new markets, niches, and service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Dev, Ads) for proposal creation

Client Handling

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships for upselling & retention

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Digital Agency preferred)
  • Proven experience selling:
  • Web Development
  • SEO Services
  • Paid Ads / Marketing Services
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation via paid ads
  • Strong understanding of US market & client behavior
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in US shift (night)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
