Business Development Manager/Sales

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of one of our key clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the real estate and property management sector, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Promote the client’s real estate services (leasing, property management, etc.) to potential leads.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development and sales plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new markets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets as set by the management.
  • Attend real estate events, expos, and networking meetings to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of property management, leasing, and Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
