About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Intern to support Honeybee Digital’s growth initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, execute outreach strategies, assist in campaign execution, and contribute to brand promotion activities.

This internship offers hands-on learning across sales, marketing, and business development—ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in digital marketing and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients
• Support lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
• Assist in follow-ups, outreach sequences, and client communication
• Generate reports on leads, conversions, and outreach performance

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams to support campaign delivery
• Create marketing materials, sales decks, presentations, and performance reports
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign engagement and brand visibility

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, or marketing concepts
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, or LinkedIn marketing (bonus)
• Creativity, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams remotely
