Business Development Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of the company through innovative strategies and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure service excellence.
• Achieve sales and growth targets set by management.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
