Business Development Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive or Officer with approximately 1 year of proven experience in B2B digital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving set revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills across meetings, emails, and calls, along with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in the B2B digital sales domain.
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and email correspondence to drive business development.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective account management.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the company’s overall sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Around 1 year of experience in B2B digital sales, IT sales experience is a plus.
• Strong command of communication via meetings, emails, and calls.
• Proven ability in client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Gross)
• Incentives: 3% Commission (in USD)
