Business Development Officer

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify potential markets and business trends to expand the company’s reach.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admissions, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and industry functions.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, or student counselling .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve targets under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong market knowledge and business acumen.
