Business Development Officer

Job for Arabists Business Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Partner to promote our services in the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and attract new clients (including cold outreach).
  • Develop existing partnerships and maintain the client database.
  • Present company services and conduct negotiations both online and offline.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and close deals.
  • Represent the company at business meetings and events in Dubai.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the B2B services market in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development in HR or recruitment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Conditions:

  • Remote work with a flexible schedule and the possibility of in-person meetings at the Dubai office by agreement.
  • Part-time position (approximately 15–20 hours per week).
  • Freelance agreement.
  • Commission-based pay + fixed compensation (negotiable).

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
