Business Development Officer

We are a dynamic Business Consultancy Firm specializing in Taxation, Corporate Advisory Services, and other liaison services. Our mission is to empower businesses—from startups to established corporates —by offering expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and target potential clients in the SME, corporate, and startup sectors.

* Generate high-quality leads through:

* LinkedIn outreach

* Cold calling

* Networking and referrals

* Pitch our consultancy services in a compelling and professional manner.

* Convert leads into long-term clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

* 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (experience in professional services is a plus).

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

* A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation:

* Performance-based Commission/Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
