Business Development Officer

About the Role:

Hulk Decor Cont. LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base within the UAE interior design and fit-out market. The role is commission-based and ideal for a professional with an established network in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out, design, and contracting sectors.
• Generate and close leads with real-estate developers, architects and other clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop tailored proposals and close deals.
• Meet sales targets and deliver measurable growth results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE interior or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network within the UAE design, construction, or real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
