  • Identify potential clients interested in immigration, study abroad, or visa services through online and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads via social media, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into consultations.
  • Attend or organize webinars, education fairs, and promotional events to attract new clients.
  • Schedule and manage appointments between clients and immigration consultants.
  • Gather initial client information and assess eligibility based on basic immigration criteria.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules in CRM or database.
  • Present company services, packages, and visa options to potential clients.
  • Prepare and share quotations or service proposals.
  • Follow up with clients who attended meetings or received quotations to ensure conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and after-sales support.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Encourage referrals and repeat business through customer satisfaction.
  • Report daily and weekly progress to management.
  • Track performance metrics such as leads handled, meetings set, and conversions achieved.
  • Collaborate with the processing team to ensure smooth file handling after client sign-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
