Job Summary: MARCEM Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base and build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing revenue through event planning services including corporate events, weddings, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients and brands.
• Promote MARCEM event planning services to potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and event packages.
• Coordinate with the event management team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain a client database and sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly revenue targets.
• Attend networking events and industry gatherings.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong sales mindset.
• Good knowledge of corporate events and wedding industry (preferred).
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
