Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into customers
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
