Business Development Officer

We are seeking a Business Development Officer (Night Shift) for our gas station and convenience store (C-store) to help identify and pursue new business opportunities. The role involves conducting market research, supporting the development of business strategies, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through the promotion of company products.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive and results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is an office-based role with night shift working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities to increase fuel and store sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow daily revenue
• Monitor fuel sales, shop items, and customer trends to improve performance
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and pricing in the store
• Coordinate with operations team to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Analyze competitors and market trends to stay competitive
• Prepare sales reports and suggest business improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Manage compliance documentation and license renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Fast to Adopt new skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duty Timing

Night Shift 9:00 Pm to 6:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

USA, Pacific Time 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
