Business Development Officer (BDO)

Location: Lahore (Onsite - Upper Mall)
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing towards company growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through different online and offline channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business communication professionally
• Manage lead generation through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other professional channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Attend meetings, networking events, and business discussions when required
• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term business relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling
• Experience in software sales or IT business development
• Knowledge of mobile applications, websites, ERP systems, and game development services
• Ability to generate leads from local and international markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional communication tools
• Self-motivated, confident, and career-oriented individual
