The Role

We are seeking a Business Development & Operations Manager to lead our growth journey. This is a strategic role that combines sales, digital marketing, retail operations, and supply chain management. You will be the driving force behind expanding our sales channels, enhancing our digital presence, and ensuring smooth store operations.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth through direct distribution, collaborations, and new market opportunities.
• Boost online sales and digital footprint across our website and social media platforms.
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate staff (sales, social media, customer service, and delivery teams).
• Manage supply chain and explore new suppliers to enhance product portfolio
• Deliver insights through regular sales and digital performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience in retail, fashion, jewelry, luxury goods, or FMCG.
• Strong background in business development and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
