Business Development Partner / Sales Partner - Blue Collar Recruitment

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Partner / Sales Partner to support the growth of our blue-collar recruitment business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new clients and bringing manpower recruitment opportunities to the company. This role offers attractive commission based on the business generated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for blue-collar recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with construction, facility management, hospitality, and other manpower-intensive industries.
  • Generate new client leads and manpower supply contracts for the company.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with clients regarding recruitment requirements and manpower supply agreements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or manpower recruitment in the blue-collar industry.
  • Strong network with companies hiring blue-collar workers in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a commission-based role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
