Purpose of the Role

To grow ABIYA’s business by developing strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors — ensuring ABIYA is the preferred partner for architectural metalwork projects across the UAE and GCC.

The role combines strategic business development with active client management, bridging between commercial, design, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and qualify new project opportunities in the UAE, KSA, and Oman.
  • Track tender releases, design competitions, and early-stage architectural developments.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and potential projects.
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, façade consultants, developers, and main contractors.
  • Prepare company pre-qualification, capability statements, and technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with estimation and engineering to prepare competitive bids.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

2. Client Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure smooth communication between client, design, factory, and site teams.
  • Attend technical and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
  • Monitor project satisfaction and proactively resolve client concerns.
  • Collect and confirm approvals, variations, and commercial agreements in writing.
  • Support payment follow-up and maintain clear commercial records.
  • Maintain client CRM records — meetings, quotations, decisions, follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • UAE: 6 years (Required)
  • Construction / manufacturing : 4 years (Preferred)
