Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Easify are growing recruitment firms dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Lead Generation through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Client handling & vendor collaboration management.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Support the team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
