As a Business Development Representative at Campus Express, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your knowledge of lead generation, customer acquisition, onboarding, effective communication, cold calling, and proficiency in spoken Kannada, English, and Hindi will be essential in achieving our goals. Your expertise in MS-Excel will also be a valuable asset in analysing data and making informed decisions.

1. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers.
2. Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to drive sales and expand our customer base.
3. Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
4. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
5. Utilise MS-Excel to track and analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
7. Represent Campus Express at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and attract new clients.
